Team Retreat
In October of 2018, we took two days off from working in the office and went on a retreat to focus on communication and team building.
With help from Lone Star Peak Performance, we were able to spend the time at the M5 Ranch by beautiful Lake Buchanan. While here, each employee tackled the challenges scheduled and accomplished the tasks.
We spent our days there discussing the future of our company and team, as well as, participated in some team building activities. Activities consisted of organizing, planning, communication, and teamwork.
They provided us with delicious meals and spacious lodging for the event near the shore of Lake Buchanan. We spend the evening, relaxing and enjoying the view of the lake.
We'll be planning another retreat soon.
